 What is Reiki?

Reiki is a hands-on form of energy healing that helps re-balance the body physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.    It is administered by a healer gently touching the recipient and is based on the idea that ‘life force energy’ flows through us.  If ones ‘life force energy’ is low, then this can manifest in negative ways such as illness, anxiety and unhappiness.  When our ‘life force energy’ is high, we are able to function at a higher vibration which will lead to improved mental wellbeing and better overall health.

What are Reiki Healing Hubs?

Reiki Healing Hubs are a space in the community where healers come together to offer seated, 20-minute healing sessions. People can book or attend a drop-in on a first come first served basis (we highly recommend booking a session to guarantee a slot).  Each healing session will be conducted in a screened-off area to ensure privacy for the recipient. Many recipients of Reiki often claim to experience an overwhelming sense of relaxation and tranquillity during the treatment.

How can Reiki help?

Reiki treats the whole person: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually which has many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and improved well-being.

Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of healing and self-improvement that everyone can use.  Its effects have been beneficial in nearly every known illness, either by improving the illness or giving a sense of peace to the person who may be suffering.

It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote a quicker recovery.
